About me

I am currently a PhD candidate in Informatics where I collaborate as part of the Observatory on Social Media at Indiana University. I earned my BA in Political Science at the University of Minnesota and my MA in History at Indiana University. My work uses mixed-method appraoches to study mis- and disinformation on Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms.

Project spotlight

Some of my recent work examines how antivaccination oriented Twitter users utilized YouTube videos as a resource in their arguments, often making detection of this content more difficult for both platforms.
